There is a free festival happening this weekend in Portland!  From September 10-11, 2016, 11:00 am - 7:00 pm, there will be visual artists and performances at Pioneer Courthouse Square, including live music and dancers. This festival is open to all ages for no cost, so it is an amazing opportunity to discover new artists. Performances will begin daily at 1:00 pm.
