Are you interested in helping paint a mural? Come see Ms. Sullivan in A-23. You will receive community service hours for school. There is an amazing opportunity presented by Powgirls! They will be holding a workshop Friday, October 21 - Sunday, October 23 that will teach essential skills that can be used to create an original music video. These skills include learning audio and video production, studio lighting, and green screen and digital editing. The workshop will be open to all girls ages 15-19, and no experience is necessary to participate! These workshops will be held at Portland Community Media, and to register visit powfest.com/powgirls.   For the next three months, the Portland Art Museum will be hosting an Andy Warhol exhibit, with the largest collection of his artwork ever shown. It will be over 250 prints, and over 10,000 square feet. The exhibit opens October 8th, 2016, and will go through January 1st, 2017.
